Based on a number of other companies I approached, my idea of the web design process consisted of:
The customer has to know what they want, The customer provides the ideas, The customer provides the content, The customer lays out their money.
Cynically, I got the impression that what I was paying for was a site that I had designed and built myself.
This was not the case at Web Sight. They were the only company that volunteered to visit various sites associated with my business to understand what we do and how best to convey our niche market to potential customers.
Web Sight's clean & simplistic approach to web design is reflected in my site with which I am very pleased - and although the site is paid for and now live, its good to know the team are still approachable for minor tweaks.

May sees the launch of Mark Stevens' new CIP Services website, a graphically rich online brochure that spearheads Mark's relentless drive towards a recognised standard within the milk tanker cleaning industry in Britain.
CIP Services Ltd. offers a comprehensive, standalone Cleaning In Place (CIP) system designed and built specifically with the client in mind, while at the same time being one of the most economical and green solutions to date. With their constantly evolving systems, CIP Services Ltd. always stays one step ahead of the game, making them the number 1 choice in their field.
The site was styled and built to reflect the innovative and ever evolving nature of the company. Flash and bold imagery were used to provide a simple interactive introduction to the systems and processes that CIP Services Ltd. provide, while the slick HTML code offers accessibility and fast download speeds.
Prior to pen touching paper however, Web Sight travelled to Cullompton to meet Mark and get a fascinating tour / photo shoot of his latest product, an adapted 40ft freight container packed with cutting-edge, bespoke CIP machinery and touch-screen electronics before visiting his primary site in Wincanton, where a dual 40ft unit cleans dozens of tankers on a daily basis, as well as other notable sites around the South West that utilise smaller units.
Such an in-depth (and fun) research phase and a constant communication with Mark resulted in a site that said exactly what was required, no more, no less.
Websight also built it's CMS system into the site for quick and easy content changes, as well as offering after sales support.
